Accommodation Contract Policy en
Article 1: Scope of Application
- 1. Accommodation contracts and related agreements between the Hotel and guests shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. Matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by applicable laws or customary practices.
- 2. In the case where the Hotel agrees to a special contract, not contrary to the laws and practices, such special contract shall take precedence.
Article 2: Application for Accommodation Contract
- 1. A person who intends to apply for an accommodation contract with the Hotel shall provide the following information:
- (1) Name and contact information of the guest
- (2) Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
- (3) Accommodation charges or intended accommodation plan
- (4) Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel
- 2.If a guest extends the stay beyond the initially requested date, it shall be regarded as a new application for accommodation.
- 3. The accommodation plan selected at the time of application is valid only at that time. Changes require cancellation and reapplication.
- 4. Guests may not transfer the rights of the accommodation contract or reservation without the Hotel's consent.
Article 3: Conclusion of the Accommodation Contract
- 1. The accommodation contract is deemed concluded when the Hotel accepts the application. In some plans, the contract is concluded upon confirmation of advance payment.
- 2. Upon conclusion of the contract, the guest shall pay a deposit as designated by the Hotel, up to the equivalent of three days' basic accommodation charges.
- 3. The deposit shall be applied first to the accommodation charges, and in case of a cancellation, the cancellation fees and compensation with the remaining amount will be refunded.
- 4. Failure to pay the deposit by the specified date may result in the contract becoming invalid, unless otherwise notified by the Hotel.
Article 4: Special Contract Not Requiring Deposit
- 1. Notwithstanding the previous article, the Hotel may accept a special agreement not requiring a deposit after contract formation.
- 2. If the Hotel does not request a deposit or specify a payment date, it shall be considered that the Hotel has accepted a special agreement.
Article 5: Refusal of Accommodation Contract
The Hotel may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases:
- (1) When the application is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- (2) When there is no room availability.
- (3) When the applicant is recognized as part of organized crime or anti-social forces.
- (4) When the guest may act against public order or morals.
- (5) When the guest is clearly identified as having a contagious disease.
- (6) When unreasonable demands are made.
- (7) When accommodation is not possible due to natural disasters or facility malfunctions.
- (8) When the guest may violate usage rules within the Hotel.
- (9) When specified under the local ordinances of the Hotel's jurisdiction.
Article 6: Right to Cancel Accommodation Contract by Guest
- 1. Guests may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the Hotel.
- 2.In such cases, cancellation fees will apply according to the cancellation policy presented at the time of booking.
- 3.If the guest does not arrive by 6 PM on the day of stay without notice, the Hotel may regard the reservation as cancelled by the guest.
Article 7: Right to Cancel Contract by Hotel
- 1.The Hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in certain situations, including but not limited to:
- (1) Violation of laws, public order, or morals,
- (2) Detection of contagious disease,
- (3) Delinquent payment or fraud,
- (4) Use of violence, threats, or other abusive behavior,
- (5) Inappropriate behavior that disturbs other guests,
- (6) The Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to force majeure,
- (7) Lack of permission for minors to stay alone, etc.
- (1) Violation of laws, public order, or morals,
- 2. In such cases, fees for services not yet rendered shall not be charged.
Article 8: Registration of Stay
- 1. Upon check-in, guests must register the following:
- (1) Full name, age, gender, address, telephone number, and occupation
- (2) For non-resident foreigners: nationality, passport number, port of entry, date of entry, departure date and time
- (3) Other necessary items as requested by the Hotel
- 2.If payment is to be made via card or other methods, they may need to be presented during registration.
Article 9: Usage Hours of Guest Rooms
Guest rooms may be used from 3 PM to 10 AM the next day. For consecutive stays, rooms may be used all day except check-in/check-out dates.
Article 10: Operating Hours
- 1.Main facility operating hours:
- (1)Front Desk & Cashier: 3 PM–10 PM, 7 AM–11 AM
- (2)Main Entrance: Open 24 hours
- (3)Front Desk: Open 24 hours
- (4)Restaurant: Breakfast 6:30 AM–9:30 AM (Last Order 9:00 AM), Dinner 6 PM–9:30 PM (Last Order 9:00 PM)
- 2.Hours may change temporarily and will be announced accordingly.
Article 11: Compliance with Rules
- Guests must comply with the Hotel's usage rules while on the premises.
Article 12: Payment of Fees
- 1.Charges include accommodation fee, additional services, taxes, and service charges (if applicable).
- 2.Payments must be made in cash or accepted alternative methods before departure or upon request.
- 3.Charges apply even if the guest voluntarily chooses not to stay after the room has been provided.
Article 13: Custody of Baggage or Belongings
- 1.If baggage arrives before the guest, the Hotel will store it upon prior agreement and deliver it upon check-in.
- 2.Lost items after check-out will be returned upon identification or delivered to the nearest police station after a period.
Article 14: Handling of Valuables and Personal Items
- 1.Guests wishing to bring large sums or valuables must notify the Hotel. Refusal may apply.
- 2.The Hotel is liable for loss/damage only in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- 3.Compensation will be limited to 100,000 yen unless actual damage is proven.
Article 15: Guest’s Responsibility
Guests shall compensate the Hotel for any damage caused by intent or negligence.
Article 16: Entry into Guest Rooms
- The Hotel may enter guest rooms without permission under the following conditions:
- (1)Cleaning, bedding arrangement, room service
- (2)To prevent or address illegal or inappropriate conduct
- (3)Under instruction from police/fire department
- (4)Facility maintenance
- (5)To ensure safety or confirm guest's condition
Article 17: Parking Liability
Use of the parking lot is at the guest's risk. The Hotel is not responsible for vehicle management, except in cases of willful or gross negligence.
