To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we have established the following rules of use in accordance with Article 11 of our Terms and Conditions for Accommodation. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these rules.

If these rules are not observed, we may, in accordance with Article 7 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation, be obliged to refuse accommodation and/or the use of hotel facilities.

Please also note that, in the event of an accident, guests may be held responsible for any resulting damages. We therefore ask for your particular attention and understanding.

Please be advised that our hotel is entirely non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas.

Article 1: Use of Guest Rooms

  • 1. The evacuation route map is posted on the guide board on the guest room door. Please check it for your safety.
  • 2. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. No unregistered persons are permitted to stay overnight.
  • 3. Persons under 18 years old are not permitted to stay alone.
  • 4. Please refrain from behavior that may cause concern or inconvenience to other guests due to mental or physical issues, drug or alcohol use.
  • 5. Please note that long-term stays do not grant any legal residency rights.

Article 2: Room Keys

  • 1. Always lock the door when leaving your room.
  • 2. While in the room or sleeping, be sure to use the door chain.
  • 3. When using hotel facilities (restaurant, bar, shop, terrace) and signing charges, please present your room key.
  • 4. Please return your room key to the front desk upon departure.
  • 5. If your room key is lost or damaged, a reissue fee of JPY 3,000 will be charged.

Article 3: Visitors

  • 1. Please meet visitors in the hotel lobby.
  • 2. When someone knocks on your door, open it with the door chain engaged or check through the peephole.
    If the person seems suspicious, contact the front desk at extension 3.

Article 4: In-Room Rules

  • 1. Do not use actual fire including for heating, cooking, or candles lighting, in guest rooms or hallways without permission. Cooking in the room is strictly prohibited.
  • 2. Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms. Please use the designated smoking area near the first-floor entrance.
    If smoking is found in the room, you will be charged a room suspension fee (JPY 20,000 per day, JPY 40,000 for special rooms) and cleaning costs for bedding, curtains, etc.
  • 3. Room suspension days are determined by the hotel and limited to a maximum of 10 days.
  • 4. Do not move, alter, or install fixtures in the room without hotel permission.
  • 5. Do not remove room fixtures from the room.
  • 6. Do not place items that may damage the hotel’s exterior view near the window.

Article 5: Valuables

Please use the in-room safe (free of charge) to store cash and valuables.
The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft if the safe is not used.

Article 6: Deposited Items

Stored items will be kept for 7 days. If not collected within this period, they will be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of by the hotel at its discretion.
Guests may not object to this handling.

Article 7: Lost Items

Lost items will be stored for up to 7 days from the date of discovery, after which they will be handed over to the nearest police station.

Article 8: Parking Use

  • 1. Please follow the instructions of hotel staff when using the parking lot.
  • 2. Do not leave valuables or other items in the car. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft during parking.
  • 3. Valet service is not provided by the hotel.
  • 4. Parking fees apply. Thank you for your understanding.

Article 9: Payment

  • 1. Payments must be made in cash, by credit card, or by other methods approved by the hotel.
  • 2. A deposit may be required at check-in.
  • 3. Please settle your bill at the front desk upon departure. During your stay, we may also ask you to settle charges as needed.
  • 4. If payment is not made despite requests, the hotel may require the guest to vacate the room.
    If payment is expected from a third party but not received by the due date, the guest will be held responsible.

Article 10: Prohibited Acts and Items

  • 1. Pets such as dogs, cats, birds, etc.
  • 2. Flammable or combustible items
  • 3. Items with strong odors or toxins
  • 4. Items prohibited by law
  • 5. Gambling, threatening behavior, public indecency, or actions disturbing other guests including loud noise
  • 6. Use of fixtures for purposes other than intended
  • 7. Distribution of advertisements, solicitation, or sales
  • 8. Ordering food deliveries from outside the hotel
  • 9. Use of the public bath while intoxicated
  • 10. Unauthorized photography or videography for commercial purposes
  • 11. Smoking in non-designated areas inside the hotel
  • 12. Eating or drinking in public spaces such as the lobby

Article 11: Anti-Social Forces and Misconduct

Use of facilities will be immediately denied, and guests will be asked to leave if any of the following apply:

  • 1. Identified as a member or affiliate of organized crime groups or anti-social forces
  • 2. Engaging in violence, threats, extortion, or similar acts
  • 3. Previously refused service by the hotel
  • 4. Engaging in gambling, misconduct, or behavior that disturbs other guests
  • 5. Being unable to ensure personal safety due to mental illness, drugs, alcohol, or posing a risk to others
  • 6. Engaging in loud or disruptive behavior that causes discomfort to others

Article 12: Changes to Rules

The hotel reserves the right to modify these rules at its discretion.
If changes are made, the content and effective date will be posted on the website at least one month in advance.
Guests using services after the effective date are deemed to have accepted the changes.
These rules shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Japan.
